I help senior executives think, decide, communicate, and lead.

For more than a decade, I’ve advised and ghostwritten for leaders at every level—from solo entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 CEOs—and helped them elevate their voice, build their brand, and expand their business.

My work blends strategy, narrative, and communications expertise. I help leaders clarify what they believe, articulate it with confidence, and align teams around it.

I’ve been independent and in-house, and I’ve done internal, external, and somewhere in between, serving as a sounding board and wordsmith on high-visibility messaging and moments that matter: company strategy and direction, change communications, crisis communications, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and more.

Prior to focusing on executive communications, I was a sportswriter who told the story behind the story. I have a master’s degree in journalism from Ohio University and narrated a short film about my book, “The Chosen Ones: The Team That Beat LeBron," for ESPN.

Much of my work today focuses on helping experienced professionals think more clearly about leadership, strategy, and communication.
