Hi, I’m Tony.
For the last 12 years, I’ve been ghostwriting for Fortune 500 CEOs, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs. Prior to that, I wrote a book that was featured on ESPN.
I know the journey from idea to book to center stage. I’ll get you in front of the audience you’re trying to reach.
“Tony is everything you want in a ghostwriter: talented, reliable, and no ego. He is a pleasure to work with, and he will absolutely make your life easier.” — Renée A. Middleton, University Dean
“Tony is a real pro. He helped me get my business off the ground and made my website and social media presence come alive. He took time to truly understand me and my goals and provided strategic counsel every step of the way, from marketing strategy to client acquisition. Tony was the guide I needed. Everything he told me to do worked.” — Mike Legarza, Entrepreneur and Coach
“Tony is a quick thinker with a savvy business mind. His perspective and insights have been invaluable, and I so appreciate the strategy and execution he brings to everything he touches. It’s rare to find either, and Tony does both. He puts his all into our work and provides exceptional value. Beyond his expertise, Tony is a good person who cares deeply about others. He is absolutely someone you want in your corner.” — Karen Laos, TEDx and Keynote Speaker, Author, Podcaster, and Adviser
My Story
I'm a Chicago-based author, ghostwriter, and strategic adviser who has worked with Fortune 500 CEOs, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs for more than a decade.
A former sportswriter, I resigned from my newspaper job during the financial crisis to author and publish “The Chosen Ones: The Team That Beat LeBron,” a sports nonfiction book about the only Ohio high school basketball team to beat LeBron James. The book received national publicity and was sold at numerous bookstores, including Barnes & Noble. Eventually, it was adapted into a short film, which I narrated for ESPN on Selection Sunday.
In choosing to self-publish, I evolved from writer to entrepreneur, turning a Word doc into a product that could be bought, sold, shipped, and leveraged all over the world. Now I help others do the same.
Since 2014, I’ve advised and ghostwritten for executives and entrepreneurs seeking to build their brand and expand their business. I've worked with founders, CEOs, Olympic gold medalists, and leaders in higher education, law, data analytics, and mental health, among other diverse industries. I also led executive communications for Discover Financial Services for four years, writing for the entire C-suite, and launched an advisory practice to help leaders improve communication, culture, and teamwork.
Whatever story you’re trying to tell, whatever audience you’re trying to reach, whatever business you’re trying to grow, I’m here. Reach out when you’re ready.
